It looks like you're looking in the wrong temp folder.
You need to be looking in:
c:\documents and settings\username\local settings\temp
Sometimes the local settings folder is hidden. If you don't see it in the folder with your username, type it manually in the address bar at the top of the file explorer window. Then go to temp. There should be a folder in there with your pin. It's there, you're just missing it. You can search for it even when the switch device wizard is not running. If you've run it once, the folder will still be there, but it will be empty until you start the switch device wizard.
