Hello everyone,

I really need some help here.

I have deleted every other OS I had then installed this OS, I uninstalled my Desktop Manager and deleted the vendor.xml file and still it does not recognize the new OS.

UPDATE
I have also tried deleting the device.xml file to see if that had any issues and it still shows the same error message when I attempt to force load the Blackberry.alx

Please help,
