More testing today. Definitely something different in .421 over .415. I'm using Clear's new WiMAX internet modem with a Buffalo wireless router running DD-WRT behind it. With .415 I can get the WiFi to connect to the BB network with no issues. It lights right up. With .421, I can connect to the TCPIP but nothing to BB. I've moved back and forth between .415 & .421 several times. Definate issues. I'm back on .415.
