That's not the IP of your BlackBerry, but the IP address of your BES.
Your BlackBerry connects to the internet via your BES, that's why you're going to see that IP if you goto one of those sites because it's not your BlackBerry asking for it's IP address, but your BES.
So, Blackberry---->Internet---->BES---->Corp network and internet connection

If you want the IP address given to your phone by the wifi router it's connected to, the I believe if you navigate to Options>Status, it will show there, if not, Options>Mobile Network>Menu there is an option in there for wifi diagnostics.
