User error. If it doesn't work with drag-and-drop, it will with the bundled software.
The BlackBerry Storm was a direct response to the iPhone. It is for young crowds that don't NEED a BlackBerry or any other smartphone. They want a big touchscreen with chrome accents that they can wave around and operate with one finger. Anyone who really needs a smartphone uses a BlackBerry.
