Actually I have since uninstalled it because it was so difficult to use. I was only using passwords (no keyfiles). I could open the database with the desktop app (sorry - not at work right now, but it is version 1.x), and I could open the database when I emailed myself the file, but when the syncing happened with the add-in for BB Desktop, it gave me the error when I tried to type in the password.
I had version 1.2.1134. I actually found the forums for it here:

but I haven't had a chance to post there yet. Do you post there too (are you isgtj0)?
