Went to Verizon the other day because it got frustrating. They did a complete reset of the phone. They were able to store my address book on another phone while this was done.
This is what they told me:
Doing ndub33's suggestion would make the phone have the issues as I experienced. They said this was not the first time this happened.
Call log will group all the conversations between you and the recipient. Meaning I call client A and every interaction I have with client A shows up under one name and THEN it shows when I dialed, when client A called me, etc...
They suggested me to do this as suggested before: Messages > Menu > View Folder > Phone Call Logs.
As many people that call me (numbers I know and numbers I don't know), I don't have time to scroll through each name to see when someone called. It should be organized by the time the call was received/placed/missed and not by the other party. Every basic phone has separate categories for Received/Dialed/Missed calls, and Blackberry has to make it this tedious?
I'm hoping that Blackberry will make an improvement on this aspect.
