Just bought a Bold (upgraded from 8700) in China. It's an unlocked Vodaphone (I suspect from the UK).

In any case, my old 8700 had Simplified Chinese on it. My new Bold doesn't. How can I load just the font set on to my Bold?

I don't need the desktop manager from HK (I get blocked by RIM because my ISP is in Chinam anyway), and I don't need to write. Just need the font so I can read SMS, emails, web pages with simplified Chinese -- instead of the little black boxes I now get.

Can someone help?

I tried a down load of this font Asian Fonts - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com. But I get an error message that "No additional applications designed for your device were found." when I use App Loader on my DM.

Any ideas?
