New to the forum, tons of awesome info here. I have a serious problem tht I hope someone can help with.
I updated my 8310 to 4.5.0.55 last week. Everything seemed to be working fine. I needed Docs To Go Premium for work (and they paid for it
) so I bought that and installed with no problems. I tried to create a document, though, and my BB said there isn't enough memory to do so. I can open files, but I tried to do a simple edit on an Excel field and it said there isn't enough memory to even do that.
Went through John's thread for freeing up memory, did everything he said (plus deleted all of the non-english modules for Docs To Go), and I still only have about 2.5 MB. Cleaned out my messages, didn't help. Cleaned the cache on my browser, didn't help.
The weird thing is that other than the Docs To Go problem, I've noticed nothing abnormal.
I'm using an 8310 on AT&T.
Any ideas? I'm stuck.
