I synchronized my Blackberry with MacBook Pro without realizing that PocketMac was set to have the Blackberry overwrite MacBook Pro Address book. I ended up deleting a bunch of contacts on the Mac.

Is there any way to "reverse" or "undo" the last sync on PocketMac?
