anyhow, considering the website was down, i would say that they most likely lost their provider link. not much they could do about that, aside from complain. their domain record was last updated on Tue Sep 20 18:26:49 GMT 2005, which could also explain something - in the event they moved hosting companies and had to update DNS. still doesn't explain the lack of communication of any sort of work.
