Recent issues with latest beta OS updates

It seems like the last few updates the install to my 8310 is a FULL install. Even after removing all of the standard modules (PTT,Vad,DOD) I still have the icons for them and theyre still functional....

Anyone else notice an inability to remove modules properly now? Ive wiped and reinstalled several times with the modules in a different folder, yet the are still being installed on my BB.
