I've gotten permission to restart the "BlackBerry Mail Store Service" tomorrow morning, and I'll see if that makes any change. I'm going to manually update the registry keys so that they both have...

OK, I've re-confirmed that she is not currently provisioned on our BESx and I've sent a request to our Windows System guys to check her AD object properties out and see if there is anything funny...

YES, I've refreshed the company directory. But, to be sure, I did it again today as per the KB article you reference.

I am wondering, what log can I check to see if the refresh worked or...

I had a similar problem with the most recent Evernote app for BB. App World didn't list an upgrade available, their website said it was and offered download links, which didn't do anything at all...

I suspect it's because the USB port on your computer can only generate tiny trickle charge ... mine won't even do that. If I plug my BB into my USB port I get a message "not enough power to charge...

OK, I've deleted my account from BES, then deleted all of the service books from the BB, then re-added my account to the BES, and am now re-activating my BB.

If this works, I'll report so right...
