Just wondering if anyone knows if this is supported? I can't see SP3 mentioned in the Compatibility Matrix. I guess not then?

Thanks, the upgrade to 5.0.3 was very successful.

Just wondering if people have any advice on which MR to apply? The latest one would be ideal, MR7?

Some posters online also mention that you must uninstall the Blackberry MDS Integration Service? (i.e. KB25047-How to uninstall the BlackBerry MDS Integration Service)

Hi, in advance of migrating from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010, I'm looking at upgrading a BES from 5.0.2 to 5.0.3, MR1.

Its hard to find any specific documentation on this, which is unfortunate...

After getting frustrated with this ongoing issue I decided to go down the SQL route for one of problem users whom I knew would not be using a Blackberry again.
Got some SQL syntax from other forums...

Thanks guys. As mentioned before, there are no accounts queued for deletion. Can you provide any more info on the recommeded steps for deleting the users from the SQL database?

Thanks, meant to say in the begining, they are not queued for deletion.

Is there a similar command for an account which is not queued? I tried the above command out of curiosity on a test account...

Perhaps is there a command line tool, e.g. downloading BlackBerry Resource Kit, to force a deletion? On another forum someone mentions deleting record from the database, but this maybe beyondmy scope...

Hi, i am running BES 5.0.2 on Server 2008 R2 64-bit. also have SQL 2008 database on same server.

I noticed yesterday that I cannot delete, or even view the "edit" details of two users on the BES....

Is it actually possible to do an in-place upgrade from BES 4.1.7 to 5.0.2, on the same hardware/OS? (server 2003 SP2 is compatible according to the matrix.

So it looks like the best way to go its to get Exchange 2010 up and running (in testing), and then get the BES 5.0.2 on a new 64-bit server, and begin the migration...
