Hey Guys,

So I have a 9700 that is unfortunately out of warranty and will currently not boot.

If I plug it into a USB cable, red LED im used to seeing on my 9000 is not coming up on the 9700....

I had a similar issue the other day.

Take the battery out of the unit, and leave it out for 8 or so hours. Thats what I did and it worked for me. I am not kidding.

Yes I did swap batteries in between both units.

I made sure the battery was charging after the car was off and it was.

The contacts were all clean and the battery fit just like it would...
