I have an 8830, having played a lot with the Curve and the Pearl, and knowing some of the issues with the Pearl, I would have to the Curve is the one to get.

The Pearl is prettier tho... :)

K, one minute the message area was full, was using the browser, went to reply to one, they were all gone.... Hadn't rebooted or whatnot...

I have a few Alltels. Flip RZR's and LG 8600's and they just keep taking input and divide it up over multiple messages. THe 8830 just stops...
