A couple updates, BB Link couldn't read my Z10, it told me to RELOAD, ended up deleting everything and updating the software, had to setup all my emails etc again, get a new enterprise PW etc.

With my old Bold, I had it setup so I had 3 profiles for sounds, notifications, incoming calls etc, I had 3 levels of volume, low, med and loud, is this what you're talking about? I miss that, it...

I updated to the "recommended" software for the phone, when I go to setup emails the only option I see is for the enterprise server, but my personal emails DO seem to...

Ok, getting somewhere, called Telus Mobility and since I couldn't remember the Blackberry account info I setup 3 years ago I created a new profile and was able to add my home emails to the phone,...

Okay, wiped it again and this time loaded older software on the BB, I have the ability now to add personal email accounts but it keeps telling me the password or ID is wrong and am unable to connect...

Okay, successfully wiped it and reloaded, when I go to setup emails, I still only have 1 choice, Enterprise Account. :x
