But I use vista with Access control turned off so maybe that effects things when it is turned on...

resent service books and any new emails will show in WYSIWYG, old ones will never render that way. I assume BIS/BES is formatting emails before being sent to the device?

Its called 4.5.0.52 (rel 75), didnt seem to be anything resembling vodafone in the file name or data but im relativily new to this.
