After a decent amount of tinkering, I've discovered that my Verizon 9650 that came with OS 6 runs soooooooooooo much better with Sprint's OS 6 shown in the sticky above. This I can work with.

For what it's worth, my Verizon 8830 works in Amsterdam and anywhere I have traveled in Europe. I have the unlimited data plan with a Verizon Sim card for outside of North America.

If Verizon's new Pearl worked outside of North America, that's what I would have. Since 8830 is the only Verizon Blackberry that works in Europe, I have the 8830.
