It looks like we decided to just use the old 7100s on new hires and not give them a choice on a 8700.

RIM sent me the full install file of 4.0 with SP3 and that allowed me to install since the database did not need migrated.

How many have defective 8700s?

I have deployed 15 - 8700s in the past week, and 3 of them have been defective out of the box.

They activate fine, but whenever the user trys to use them, they just constantly reboot and displays...
