Anyones Z10 Vibrate sound loose?

The vibrator motor on mine sounds extremely loose and it actually rattles.

Quite annoying.

figured out, that once i format my card or my internal memory.
Take pictures and videos, once i connect to computer and enable usb media and disconnect safely and just by unplugging.

I will lose...

wiped completely and copied one file over, doesn't matter song or a picture.

it stops recognizing music or pictures. formating of the card makes it work till something is copied over.....
