I have Media Manager with my Storm and absolutely hate it. It runs very slow, wouldn't install from the CD, etc. If possible, just use your BB as an external drive and put files on it directly...

The OEM screen wipes are good. Becareful on what you use, I've heard horror stories of screens getting scratched (including the Verizon wipes for the storm).
