appreciate replies, I deleted all April upgrades: windows live messenger, facebook, BBM and appworld. Contacts worked fine, so I reloaded upgrades and Contacts still working fine. It appeared...

Was able to download 6.0 from mobile.vzw.com. Open browser enter url select My verizon and download. Seems to be working fine, hope this works for you.
