No, it isn't. It's been rebranded as Bedside Mode. There is no more auto ON/OFF.

Push is supported where it exists. You have the option of enabling it when setting up your mail account, from the Advanced option.

You can ask the dev to maybe port over a version of their app (provided it actually works)

Jefit Pro is $5 from Google Play, so no sideloading.

Side loading was always a dual edged sword. It fulfills the need for immediate apps but does nothing to promote app growth. I am down to 8 Android apps. App World still has a way to go.

Evernote is available and has 100% integration with Reminders. 10.2 anyways...

Google has been scaling back their services on all other platforms lately.

Sideloading Google Voice works. I think there was an issue with receiving calls through your GV#, but it does work. Instagram also works via the sideloading method.

I had heard a few months ago that Endomondo was not planning on a BB10 application, but Runetastic was gearing up to release one.
