LOL Thank you, aiharkness. Sage advice. I remember what it was like learning to type (on monster typewriters - no electric...). I hated it - used to rip papers out in the middle of timed typing...

Does anyone know how to (visually) determine whether or not the BB Bold 9650 OS6 is muted? (e.g. an icon or lit LED, etc)

The horn (upper left) doesn't change when the phone is muted...
