I know when I was on ATT before, all call placed required a 10 digit number, and they also include a +1 before every call automatically. Maybe the difference is between Verizon and Cingulars...

I don't have the problem with the one key sticking, i have the other problem, with my end key not making the connection. frustrating besides the great phone that it is with these minor problems.

I had to do a hard reset last night, 2nd time taking off the cover. It was and still is very hard to remove. I don't know if you are lucky or unlucky that your cover comes off easily
