A nice suggestion, but unless you place the phone...

A nice suggestion, but unless you place the phone number in its proper field (Work, Home, Mobile, etc.), you won't have that instant short menu calling shortcut when you open a contact and press menu.

You can't. You've entered the land of OS 4.3, which has double-spaced address entries to allow room for the company name.
