Why doesn't "Wireless synchronization" show in the address book options?? I'm thinking something hasn't been provisioned on the data plan...

I've wiped the device and typically the EA icon...

Does anyone else experience trouble with Enterprise activations? It usually takes 3-4 tries before the activation actually contacts the server...it's typical to see "Server not responding" messages...

The Carrier is Vodaphone, the user is in Australia on an 8700 device. She can recieve text messages but cannot respond. Seems that it would be a carrier issue, but she says the carrier has activated...

It's been reset...battery replaced

Shows a signal

...will deleting then resending the service books...
