yes i noticed that too, the SQL server is local on the same server and is working fine. I am logged in to it using the besadmin account (AD service account for bes services) and sql services are up...

this morning I rebooted the bes server (also had to apply some ms updates) and now the appliation is showing in the resolved application tab for those 4 users so i think we are getting somewhere.
