So from what I understand I can only have one calendar per user and it must be the calendar associated with that user's profile.

Is there any third party software that will allow someone to view...

I have use folders to organize my mail, is there anyway i can have a direct link to the folder on my desktop? Rather then having to go to options->view folders

So the icons are in greyscale which isn't a huge deal from visial point of view, however in the phone book all the contact names are listed but their phone numbers are missing.
