I tried downloading it again for the up tenth...

I tried downloading it again for the up tenth time and I got this error message 'uncaught exception:java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError.
I need help pls

Help!!!! Missing App World

I cannot locate my app world on the home screen but present on the application. Deleted it several times and re downloaded again and again but it just appears on the application but not on the home...
