unactivate the wireless synching with gmail contacts and calendar. It worked for me. Doesn't matter that you have made wireless inactive you must go to your contacts and calendar and change it there

I'm having the same problem with my 9700 wont sync my calendar and my contacts as it says that it is set for wireless sycn, to enable cable sync disable wireless which is what I did and it give me...
