You will have to set this up using the desktop...

You will have to set this up using the desktop manager software. Just add the contact folder as an additional folder to map and sync the device.

I upgraded to 2 BES servers from 4.0 sp2 to sp6...

I upgraded to 2 BES servers from 4.0 sp2 to sp6 last weekend no problems at all upgrade took about 15 minutes each. We are also running exchange and as far as I know there are no hotfix's for sp6.

I had 1 T-Mobile and 1 Verizon device get the 507 error early in the week. I think on Monday it was the T-Mobile and Tuesday was the Verizon.
