I noticed on my Z10, the <confirm> email no longer works, at least by default. Has this been removed?

It's useful as a quick troubleshooting step.

We're going to go with SP2 rolliup 6 which includes the retention option we need. Since it specifically includes a fix for Blackberry, we figure it's fairly safe to load.

I know it's not in the compatibility matrix, too new. But has anyone had problems with their BES working with a server that's been upgraded to 2010 SP3? It's currently on SP2.

I believe you would want the latest MAPI/CDO on Exchange, as well as be on SP2 if you aren't already. RTM and SP1 are limited support, but were for 4.1.7 as well.

The limit is because you have it on the Exchange server. Now, I'm not sure that it's actually coded so that you can't have more than 75 on that box, but it is best practice.

Vox just told me now that it was due to performance issues. I guess the dispatcher service crashing that much could be considered a performance issue...
