Not sure I understand your question completely. But I have the 300 and mine works just fine. Phone calls go through Uconnect while Direct Connect on the phone works as well (not through Uconnect).

Yes. My 7520 is doing it also. I think I narrowed it to PocketDay, as when I exit out of PD it stops. The minute I turn PD back on, it accesses the network constantly. Drains my battery too!!!
