Just received mine!

I had this case for my 8830 and have to say it does feel slimmer. Fits like a glove. Only drawback is I purchased the Seidio Battery cover which has the speaker cutout, and this case does not.

Just got the Seidio Battery cover and it really dress the VZW 8330 up a bit. I did not like the OEM battery cover and thought the speaker sounded to muffled.

Great Job Seidio! Really fits well...

Best Advice for carrying your 8830

For under $50 you can get a hard rubberized case and rubberized holster from Seidio. I have it, drop the phone several times, great protection, great holster, ease of use, etc.
