Our BB 7 and earlier devices use BES 4 or 5 for PIM sync only - no policies or anything like that.

Looks like this is a known issue (KB23912) that has been resolved for every platform except GroupWise.

Jsconyers, Office 2007 is not affected (my mistake)... just Office 2010. If you have a copy...

Thank you. KB19555 took care of the BBConvert.exe error on the Server 2008 R2 machines but does not change the .doc attachment issue.

This is happening on all versions of BES, on a variety of different physical servers. However, most of my servers are either 5.1.3 or 4.1.7.

I can guarantee this flaw affects all BES for GroupWise...
