It's funny watching the difference on my Pioneer Bluetooth stereo, the call timer gets out of sync quickly (The phone screen stays lit when calling over bluetooth)

Although I use google reader to stay in sync on my computers, I do prefer Viigo for the blackberry, it has gotten bigger however I only use the RSS reader and it works great!

My tour was acting in the manner you described out of the box. After a couple of days it really started to fly, I have had no issues since. I think it is a fantastic device, much better than the 8830...

I know they sell a hard plastic swivel holster at the Verizon Corporate Stores, they don't say Verizon on them. I believe they are Blackberry OEM. I would try there.

I have used both the silicon and the plastic cases in the OEM pouch. The plastic is easier to get in & out, although a tad bit snug. The silicon cases are very snug, but will work.
