I agree this almost certainly requires BES 5.0 but I don't see why the network would influence this.

Reboots were really slow when I was on the original OS version (4.6.0.126) but subsequent OS revisions have massively improved boot times.

Are you sure it didn't upgrade the device OS?...

Are you sure it didn't upgrade the device OS? When you look at the Platform ID it will say 4.0.0.167 but the App Version is 4.6.0.185.

You need to enable HTML in the options: Email...

You need to enable HTML in the options: Email Settings, Enable HTML Email & Download Images Automatically settings.

I believe this can be blocked by a BES policy
