you can send a wipe handheld command through BES....

you can send a wipe handheld command through BES. then set an activation password. call them and say the phone is going to be reset back to default settings and provide the enterprise activation...

if you're exchange server has POP mail enabled, which it shouldn't. You might have IMAP enabled at work, but will most likely use the OWA server (web mail) address.

most likely is using BIS. i would start with deleting the email account in BIS...

I have the 8330 (personal) and 8350i (work) right now. As much as I like the features in the OS 4.6 on my 8350i, I'd still rather have my 8330 on OS 4.5. Nextel service isnt great in my area.

yes. he's checking options --> SMS, and changing "number of previous items" to 50. that means it'll show up to 50 SMS messages between you and that person that sent the message. kind of works...

using a C-X2 battery is almost as big of a bonehead call as giving that cheap crappy plastic clip. the 8350 was to replace the 7100i and be an iDen version of the 8330. so why not use the battery...
