It's pretty bad. I use it to "restore" my contacts but aside from that, screw PocketMac and Missing Sync. Run a VM (Parallels Desktop or VMWare Fusion) of good ol' Windows XP for your syncing.

A while back I had an old Sanyo flip-phone that had this great feature. Instead of hitting "Talk" you could go into the menu and select Screen Call. A voicemail-like message would play to the caller...
