In that video sim1 went to edge only. Switching to sim2 only had gprs. Not really proving it can do 3g on the switching. but it did switch on a bold. Not bad, but I'll wait for the 3g.

What are you talking about? The Bold is not even released on AT&T yet so how could they cripple the GPS? and again why would they? the 8310 is not crippled so what reason would they have to do...

Are they all using teh Same SQL DB for management? Is there a reason your encryption is different on the servers? I would suggest setting them to 3DES and AES and retry your steps.
