Thanks for your help, I found out that the main reason we didn't received any email in handheld is mostly caused by outlook rules...

Is there any other way how to received email in my handheld...

Thanks for ur references, but still didn't work :(
The email delivered to outlook client in my notebook but not in my blackberry handheld...

Yes the internal mail working normal in outlook or webmail, we have tried either PST or OST and clear any rules but still no luck...
We are still looking for any references in google, making me...
