Strange...I do not have Office on my Mac. Starting in 32 worked; you would think RIM would fix this issue with DM for Mac.

Okay...I found a solution on the Blackberry site...not great but better than nothing. It appears you have to start a 64 bit in 32 bit mode. You hold down the 3 and 2...I tried and it worked. I wonder...

no luck! SO FRUSTRATING! The phone is charging...an icon is on the desktop but no icons on the phone showing a computer and phone like when I synch on a PC. I need some ideas....

I will try thaat. My phone comes up on the desktop but just shows the clock on the phone. The desktop manager opens but nothing happens. I tried synching on my old PC...no issue. So strange
