I believe the loader.exe is available only when you install the desktop manager. We have used it to wipe the device to factory settings a couple weeks back.

For the last few days I started getting the error "could not open the ID file" whenever I try to add users in the blackberry manager. Any idea what is wrong? I am using the BES for lotus domino.
