John, my IT guy is also getting fed up with me. Currently my "email settings" are shaded out and "unconnected" at the bottom. How would I turn it on? thanks for all your help.

I upgraded my old 8800 for kicks & everything...

I upgraded my old 8800 for kicks & everything worked fine except that it didn't seem to put on the blackberry browser. Any ideas? cheers

Thanks for the tip but unfortunately I tried it numerous times, however it didn't work. Still crashes the system after I add the music & pictures (without any .dat files).
