for following up on that... will wait for software update. Its not a show stopper but it does cause me to turn BT off when not using it as its so annoying... which in turn encourages me not to use...

I noticed it said on their site that the rubberized case is NOT easy to take off once it is on. Hope you dont have to pull the battery too often.

I got the skin version and its quite convenient.
