Tether software or DUN

What gets you better speeds. The tether software or using a DUN mondem through windows? I dont want to spend the 50 bucks if i dont have to.

So i had an apple os theme on my 9700 i backed up my phone and wiped loaded he new os and non of my apps or themes where on there. is there a way to find what theme it ws on there??

i am going to have to say this is not a recommend upgrade. I installed it and my voice quaility went down hill. And i get these random sounds when i am not the phone or speaker phone.
