It is more likely a (group of) dead pixel(s) in sensor.

OK I solved the problem.

Since NOWHERE mentioned the (WORKING) Allocation Unit Size for the media card on 8100 with various OS, I reverted back to default size, that is 4KB cluster size and voila!...

I'm using Vista and I experienced corruped installation simply because of the media manager.
I tried again without media manager and all went like a breeze.

Should I update to newer OS such as 4.2.1.107 or simply 4.5?
