using latest os on my torch 9860. desktop software 7.1. been using this for a few years, only started having issues a coupla months ago. software starts to backup memory card but gets about 90...

I have a bold 9700 and first my zoom stopped working on both camera and video, and now my camera wont snap a picture.....same: removed battery, rebooted...nothing. no error message either - WTH...

Sorry - meant to say above, JV or JUM error 102 - RESET. Have been on ATT support for 1/2 hour....they're very good, their support, but looks like this will be my second warranty issue in two months...

YAY - had same zoom issue - came here, found this...

where are you formatting? I follow the manual, go to menu, options, and look for format option but none exists. I have a bb 9700. what's up?!
